【香港購物】
如為香港訂購，當訂單成立，等銀行確認貨款後，本公司即刻安排專人送貨／特約快遞，並於配送前一日由專人致電向您確認方便送貨的時段，懇請留意來電，但星期六、日及香港公眾假期除外。
【海外購物】
本活動海外訂購適用於亞洲，如為其他國際訂購，請聯繫客服。
- 本公司出貨時僅開立香港銷售單據，無鑑賞期，出貨後無法退貨、退款及換貨。
- 當訂單成立後，本公司將於銀行確認貨款後依序安排出貨，並於寄出後提供「快遞單號」給您以利追蹤。
- 海外運送採用「香港郵政Speedpost快遞」寄送，寄出後依照地區不同，約5-14個工作日送達，依照快遞配送狀況及海關抽驗而有可能延長送達時間。
- 若有國際關稅、進口稅等相關費用產生，將由收件人自行負擔；若收件人因關稅原因而拒收包裹，本公司無法取消訂單亦無法退款。
- 為確保商品順利配達，請您下單前請務必確認收件資訊的正確性；若因為收件資訊有誤，導致無法配送或無人簽收而退回包裹，本公司將取消訂單，且退款金額將扣除來回兩段運費與相關費用；退款餘額僅以信用卡退刷方式歸還，作業完成後會以電郵方式通知。若須再次訂購商品，須請重新下單。
Shipment & Delivery
【Delivery within Hong Kong】
Once we have saw your purchase order is made from the backend. We would arrange a private delivery after your bank has confirmed the payment. Our customer service agent would call the receiver one day in advance to confirm the delivery time exclusive Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
【Delivery out of Asia】
- If your delivery is to any cites outside of Asia, Please contact at us info@mendoza-bag.com, as we will send you a shipping quote separately.
- The payment is able to make through any major credit cards through the assigned payment link.
- An e-receipt will be generated after your payment is made through online payment gateway. All sales are final, no return, no exchange and no refund is accepted.
- Once we have seen that your purchase has been approved from the backend, we will arrange a shipment after your bank confirms the payment. A copy of AWB would be provided for your further tracking.
- The shipment is sent by Hong Kong Speed Post courier service; in general, the expected delivery time might lead around 5 – 14 business days. The delivery time might vary, when a Customs declaration is occurred upon the goods arrives in your country.
- The delivery service does not include international customs or duties. All applicable taxes and duties will be paid by the customer and are due to the carrier. Please contact the customs office in your destination country for information about any applicable duties or taxes.
- Please assure your receiver information that you provided are all correct. We won’t be responsible for any mistaken addresses or refuse delivery. If there are any further disputes, we reserve all rights.
