五年有限保固

感謝您選購mendoza馬德沙商品。自您選購本商品當日起算,本公司提供為期五年的有限保固,其保固範圍涵蓋適用於原物料瑕疵或是生產製造工藝不當的故障不良品,並提供相關售後維修服務,但收送維修所產生的運費,須由顧客自行負責。

 倘若您的商品故障是由以下原因所造成,恕非受本公司保固範圍所涵蓋:

  • 非本公司旗下品牌或是仿冒品
  • 非正常使用或是蓄意破壞
  • 暴露於極端溫度
  • 遭破壞性化學物質或溶劑侵蝕
  • 非本公司原廠維修所產生的不良及故障
  • 使用後的自然損耗:使用後的表面磨損、刮傷、凹陷、磨蝕及刮痕;使用後的主體摔裂、摔破或割裂;使用後拉鍊齒縫產生斷裂脫落;使用後商品週邊管條或四處護角產生脫落;使用後內裡布或束箱帶斷裂等)

憑單保養,每件商品維修工藝及配件均有不同,維修時因應不同地區可能須酌收工本費。

倘若您的商品是搭乘大眾運輸工具(如飛機、遊輪、火車或是巴士等大眾運輸工具等)託運時產生的損壞,建議您抵達目的地並且尚未出海關前,立即與運輸服務業者(例如:航空公司等)相關部門申報毀損。

5 Year Limited Warranty

For the sake of clarity and simplicity, luggage here refers to all products made by mendoza , including such articles as suitcases, backpacks and toiletry bags. 

Thank you for choosing this mendoza piece of luggage. Your luggage comes with a five-year warranty starting on the date of purchase. This warranty covers the repair of your luggage in the sole event of defects in materials or workmanship. Conditions in which this warranty does not apply include but are not limited to the following:

  • The luggage is not an original mendoza product
  • The luggage is used incorrectly or damaged intentionally
  • The luggage is exposed to extreme temperatures
  • The luggage is exposed to corrosive substances
  • The luggage is damaged by a third party
  • The luggage sustains natural wear and tear, including surface wear, scratches, dents, cuts or scuffing; structural damage or deformation; damage to the zipper; missing protective strips or protective corner panels; damaged interior lining or hook belts.

You are responsible for all costs of getting your luggage to an approved mendoza repair centre. The repair of a piece of luggage may incur a service fee in some regions depending on the materials, parts and means at hand. A purchase receipt is requested. 

Should your luggage be damaged in the course of transportation by an air, sea or road carrier, we strongly advise you to contact the carrier's relevant department to report the incident immediately on arrival (before going through customs when applicable). Note that any damage caused in transit is the carrier's responsibility and must be taken up with the carrier.

Should any translation of this limited warranty statement contradict the English version, the latter will prevail at all times. mendoza reserves the right to resolve all disputes as it sees fit.
